• A fictional Joseon Dynasty past life story
• An AI-generated portrait in traditional Korean style

Important: All content generated is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. It has no historical, genealogical, or factual basis.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information

🎨 4. Intellectual Property

Service Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Woo Ho Tax & Partners and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: Content generated specifically for you (your Korean name, story, and portrait) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share this content on social media with attribution to Was A Korean?.

AI-Generated Images: Portraits are created using AI technology and may contain elements similar to other generated images. We do not claim exclusive rights to AI-generated content.

🚫 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any generated content
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Woo Ho Tax & Partners, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
